I have drain flies coming out of home behind toilet. Theu are also coming through drain in bathroom. However most lly behind the toilet. I have has the waste pipe outsode checked with a camera and it is clear of blockages. I think there may be damave to waste pipes in toilet but can not see anything as toilet is built intona unit.

Hi, Never put chemicals into a saniflo! This is a blocked waste pipe issue, there is no problem with your Saniflo so no need to call an engineer.
